Please read this agreement carefully before registering for the Edadugulu. By Registering with edadugulu.com, you become a member and you agree to abide to the terms and conditions as long as you continue to be the member.

1. You need to pay Rs. 1100/- to add as a member in our site.
2. Once you become a member of our site, you can access up to 15 profiles with full details for a duration of 6 months.
3. Minors are not given the membership.
4. Your membership/ registration may terminate at any point of time and suspend or terminate your access without further notice upon any break or breach of the terms and condition.
5. Membership fees is non refundable or transferable under any circumstances the membership fee /registration charges once paid will not be refunded if the marriage settles (through edadugulu.com or from other sources).
6. Your membership/ registration with edadugulu.com for your sole, personal purpose. you are not supposed to allow others (friends/relatives/siblings) to use your membership and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. if found then your membership is immediately cancelled.
7. You should not include in your profile any offensive, anatomical or porn references, or connotative language and you will not post any photos containing nudity or any other photo apart from yours in edadugulu.com reserves the right to reject any profile.
8. The sole responsibility of enquiring about the information furnished in the profile and correctness of the photos lies with the costumer only, edadugulu.com is no way responsible.
9. In case of deception regarding the information/ photos provided by you. Appropriate strict leagal action will be taken
10. Tampering / altering profiles or photos in any manner will lead to legal action
11. If marriage is fixed, the customer has to take moral responsibility in informing us immediately as his / her photo / profile will be removed from the database. if not informed then the edadugulu.com do not hold responsibility.
12. You will not engage in advertising to or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any product or services through this membership.
13. If any Party committed with www.edadugulu.com about marriage settlement, they should responsible for their commitment. If not we will take legal action through Chirala Jurisdiction
14. Jurisdiction arising for all the disputes arising under this registration the courts at Chirala, Prakasam (Dist), A.P) alone have the exclusive jurisdiction.

Disclaimer of Warranty

1. We introduce to you the Bride / Bride Groom Family. Enquire about the family is your responsibility only.
2. You shall give 50% at the engagement and remaining 50% should pay on the day of marriage
3. www.edadugulu.com is not liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages (including Damages for loss of data, loss of programs)
4. Cost or procurement of substitute services or services interruptions, arising out of the use or inability to use the edadugulu.com I have read this terms and conditions above and agree to be bound by its contents.
